Where an application processing fee is charged, the following refund terms apply: Cancellation within 24 hours — Full refund. Cancellation within 7 days — 75% refund. Cancellation after 7 days — No refund once site inspection has been initiated. Application rejected by us — Full refund within 7 working days.
The following are strictly non-refundable once initiated: Site feasibility inspection charges, document verification and legal processing fees, third-party liaison or government filing charges, any fees paid directly to Oil Marketing Companies.
Email Info@Petrolpumpapplication.com with subject: “Refund Request — [Your Application ID]”. Include your full name and reason for cancellation. Attach proof of payment. Our team will respond within 3 working days.
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days from the date of approval and credited to the original payment method used at the time of application.
